Author: Below is the April update for Concho Valley MLS Real Estate Listings for vacant land The information on these Concho subdivisions was complied from the White Mountain MLS Listing Service on April 22, 2009.
With the Arizona Republic boasting a 28% increase in home sales for February, you may really want to keep an eye on your Concho real estate!!
Comparing April’s statics to March’s MLS Listing, here is what I found:
1. There are some changes in the properties listed on the MLS. Concho Valley Unit 1, 2, 4, and 4A property listings have decreased. The property listings in Concho Valley Unit 5A have slightly increased. All other subdivision have remained steady in the number of MLS listing.
2. The property listing prices for vacant land is still holding pretty steady across the various subdivision. However, there has been a slight decrease in the starting prices for the following Concho Valley subdivisions: Unit 1, 2 and Unit 9. Could this be a sign of sellers looking to move some of their real estate holdings so they can take advantage of home purchasing tax credits???
