USDA Rural Development offers Concho Housing Developer Opportunities

The USDA Rural Housing Program is designed to help rural community by making  a variety of loans and grants able to Home Buyers and Housing Developers.  They can assist Home Developers in the construction and renovation of multi-family housing facilities and single-family homes.  So if you were looking for some financial assistance to make your Concho, AZ building project a reality, here is your opportunity.   usda rural development.jpg

 

 Some of the programs available to Home Developers are:

1. Rural Housing Loan Program (Section 524)
This program provides Government funding for a public (or private non-profit organization) to acquire and develop building sites. The loan can be used in the construction of homes, access roads, streets, and utilities. The properties developed under this program may be sold to qualifying individual households, non-profit organizations or public agencies.

2. Rural Rental Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (Section 538)
This assistance program is to provide funding for the construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of rural multifamily housing for qualified occupants. The loans terms can be guaranteed up to 40 years at a fixed rate.

3. Rural Rental Housing Program (Section 515)
This assistance program is to provide direct, competitive mortgage loans to help provide affordable multifamily rental housing for qualified occupants.

There are four variations of the Section 515 loan program: Cooperative Housing, Downtown Renewal Areas, Congregate Housing or Group Homes for Persons with Disabilities, and the Rural Housing Demonstration Program.
