I think we all are ready for the recession to end and pricing gets back to normal for everyone!!!
I think if things happen in Apache County like I think they will all property will increase in value. maybe not in cash value but in peaceful enjoyment value. Once we get those who have caused the most devaluation to accure to understand the laws and their jobs a bit more.
Yes, I’ll agree with “peaceful enjoyment value”. Love it out in Concho, very quiet and peaceful. I checked on the other George’s land, Unit 3, man if he built out there, he would be the only one around?
